All Staff Re-Cap!

Thanks everyone for participating in another successful All Staff! Below is a list of important topics that we discussed, in case you missing anything. Remember, if you have questions or need clarification - your mentors and supervisors are always there to help you.
  • Safety Logs: do them every day and check them when you arrive for your shift.
  • Open your eyes when filling out and/or delivering needs lists. Pay attention to the labels Vicki put up. Don't order it unless you really need it. Don't leave it there if they don't really need it.
  • Date the Island Oasis you pull from the freezer. Check the dates on the Island Oasis you are using for a customer. If you come across an undated quart in your location, call the supervisor, and we'll help you figure out the date.
  • Never pre-pour OJ. If you find cups of OJ when you open, alert your supervisor and dispose of the cups.
  • Ask for specifics when people order their drinks. Don't assume they want a medium/skim/hot drink.
  • Always wear a clean and complete uniform: apron, shirt, nametag, socks... No Jewelry, No Nail polish.
  • Start filling out Sodexo Experience cards for your hard working coworkers.
